Getting started is the hardest part. I believe that the foundation of success in fitness is education; familiarity and comfort with the basic principles of fitness will launch you towards your goals and aspirations. Contact my email to schedule a free, in-person consultation that includes postural, strength, and cardio screenings to evaluate your level of fitness and begin building a program catered to your strengths and weaknesses. You may also contact me 24/7 for free online consultation. You shouldn't have to pay hundreds of dollars to work with a trainer when the solution to your problems may be explained in a simple email.
After beginning a working relationship as trainer and client, I offer 4 distinct options based on convenience and need.
Step 2 (Option 1):
OUTDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Nothing beats the great outdoors. Don't get me wrong, I love working with state of the art equipment in well-kept gyms. The truth is that you don't need a gym to get a killer workout, and believe it or not New York offers more than enough free and open spaces to get such a workout. Outdoors we can used specialized equipment for resistance and use the wide open area to work on coordination, agility, power, cardio, and core strength.
Step 2 (Option 2):
LOCAL PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
- $80/Session
- Unlimited Time/Session
- SOHO Workout
Whatever your reason for seeking out a trainer, whether its your first time following a personalized training program, or you're a seasoned vet looking to fine-tune your workout regimen, I gratefully accept the opportunity to work with hungry clients. I reject the normal New York system of workout packages as they inherently shift the focus from the client to the trainer. Each session should be dedicated to a hopeful client's education and progress so that they may take accountability for their fitness journey without a personal trainer. We will work on a pre-determined schedule of sessions based on the client's convenience, education, and financial situation on a program that works for you.
There are benefits to shorter and longer workouts based on your goals. You should not have to suffer as a result of your goals. Each session, whether it be a 40 minute circuit workout or a 2 hour cardio burnout deserves the same amount of focus
Local Personal Training Sessions are held at state of the art independent gyms in Soho.
Step 2 (Option 3):
CLOSEST AVAILABLE LOCATION TO CLIENT

Every gym has a distinct feel and atmosphere, just as you have distinct attitudes and opinions regarding fitness. With this in mind, Option 3 offers the same great indoor training as Option 2, at your desired location. I will provide a list of available high-quality independent gyms near you and choose based on your preference.
It takes a lot for any client to commit and mentally prepare for working with a trainer. However, some clients need more support than others. Option 4 is for the elderly, disabled, or developmentally challenged. I have the utmost respect for these clients that face adversity and hardship everyday and still dedicate themselves to training. The least I can do is drop the price for such a tremendous person.
This option includes travel to a location most convenient for the client, including the client's home. We will work out the specific needs and equipment depending on the client.

Your fitness journey is intensely personal. Your goals, desires, insecurities, strengths, weaknesses, successes, and failures are entirely unique to you and don't quite match up with another potential client. If you'll have me, I'd be honored to be a part of this journey with you and develop a specific and personal plan and relationship to catapult you towards the aesthetic and functional body of your dreams.
